- Two hours of ice instruction daily for the adults and kids, combined. One hour is skills and one hour is tactics.
- Dry-land training and fun time.

- Hockey questions and answers.
- Instructions by professional coaches, experienced teachers, and players.
- Professional photographer available.
- Each camper will receive a Hockey & Sons Jersey.

Groups will have 20 kids per group, divided by age as follows:
White Group - 4 to 7 year olds
Red Group - 8 and 9 year olds
Black Group - 10 and 11 year olds
Blue Group - 12 to 15 year olds
